Students of LCET Shine in PTU Exam by securing merit positions

Ludhiana, May 09, 2018 (Hardik Kumar): Students of Ludhiana College of Engineering and Technology, Katani Kalan brought laurel to the city by excelling in PTU Examinations. In the undergraduate program in commerce, Devki, Pavit Kashab and Shakshi Sharma bagged top slots in that order with 8.83, 8.00 and 7.96 SGPA respectively. Further in third semester, Monika Maan and Gurpreet Kaur secured first and second position respectively. Further more in the undergraduate program for Business Administration Parveen Kaur (8.54), Pooja Paliwal (8.04) and Sukhpreet Kaur (7.54) stood first, second and third respectively.

Students came out with flying colours in the PG program for business administration also. Four students Alok Kumar, Manpreet Kaur, Ramanpreet Kaur and Priyanka with 8.11 SGPA bagged top position. Aman Grover and Manpreet Kaur secured second position at 7.97 SGPA whereas, Reena stood third with 7.78 SGPA. Manisha Sharma and Monika Rani achieved first position with 8.24 SGPA. Khushkarandish and Gurjeet Kaur secured second position with 8.09 SGPA finally, Sandeep Kaur, Saddam Hussein and Manpreet Kaur jointly got 7 third slot at 7.94 SGPA.

While expressing his happiness LCET Chairman Vijay Gupta congratulated the students for achieving good results. He further exhorted the students to work hard to attain new heights of achievements in their future life. He further informed that LCET extremely progressive and modern Institution that focuses on high quality education and shaping the career of tomorrow’s businessmen, entrepreneurs and corporate professionals. He also appreciated the endeavours of the teachers for giving their best to the students. The students were honoured at the moment for their achievements to motivate them.

The pupils credited their mentors for success and accoladed the efforts of dedicated faculty members, who left no stone unturned to ensure students’ success.
